Run your indoor farm or glasshouse from one place
Crop recipes, live growing conditions, shift rotas, harvests and lighting costs in one system. Add automated control zone by zone, inside safety limits that no recipe or model can loosen, on supported equipment you already own.
- No proprietary racks or towers to buy into
- Control inside a safety envelope, commissioned zone by zone
- Lighting costed at time-of-use tariff rates
- Your data stays yours, with a full copy on request
Bring the crop plan and the growing conditions together
A crop plan in a spreadsheet, readings in a controller and jobs on a whiteboard can be hard to keep in step. BeeGrow connects those records so you can see what was planned, what happened and what needs attention.
Environmental monitoring
Live temperature, humidity, CO₂, light, pH and EC with per-zone thresholds.
Learn moreCrop recipes & lifecycle
Stage-by-stage targets, batch tracking and cultivar catalogue.
Learn moreClosed-loop control & safety
Recipe-driven setpoints, PID loops and a safety envelope the model cannot widen.
Learn moreForecasting & prediction
Harvest forecasts and growth-stage estimates, each showing its method and confidence.
Learn moreEnergy & tariff optimisation
Time-of-use tariff data against your DLI target, so light is bought when it is cheap.
Learn moreDemand-led planning
Customer orders, stock and suppliers in the same system as the crop plan.
Learn moreControl, forecasts and costs you can check
Plenty of software will draw a temperature chart and raise an alarm. The useful questions come after that: can it act safely, can its forecasts be checked, does it know what the electricity costs, and does it know what you have sold?
Forecasts that show their working
Harvest forecasts and rule-based growth-stage estimates each show their method and a confidence figure, and say plainly when they have fallen back to a cold-start estimate.
Learn moreClosed-loop control with a fixed safety envelope
The recipe drives the actuators directly through PID loops. Limits on temperature, pH, EC, dose duration and dose frequency sit below the automation as fixed platform values, so no recipe, schedule or model output can raise one.
Learn moreLighting priced at time-of-use rates
Enter the DLI your recipe calls for and the PPFD your lights deliver. BeeGrow works out the hours, prices every half-hour start time against your tariff and shows the cheapest window that still delivers the light. The grower decides whether to use it.
Learn moreDemand on the same record as the crop
Customers, orders and available stock live beside the crop plan and zone occupancy, so what has been sold and what is actually growing can be read together.
Learn moreFrom sensor reading to the decision you actually make
Connect your data, plan the cycle, carry out the work and review the result.
Connect
Sensors publish over MQTT into the ingestion pipeline. Readings land in time-series storage against the zone that produced them, and the site model says what that zone physically is.
Plan
Pick the crop, the recipe and the zone. The platform lays out the cycle, the target conditions for each stage and the growing capacity it takes up.
Execute
Your team records work on web or mobile. Where commissioned, automated control follows recipe targets within fixed limits. Growers review lighting recommendations before applying a schedule.
Learn
Yield and quality are recorded against the conditions each batch actually had, and the forecasts made along the way sit beside the outcome when you plan the next cycle.
Designed around the working day
Software for growing sites often fails in the same place: it is built for the person who buys it, not the person using it at 06:00 with wet hands. BeeGrow AI puts the reading, target or alert that needs attention first and keeps the detail a tap away.
- Head grower: recipe adherence, deviations and what needs a decision today
- Technician: live zone readings, alerts, growth records and harvests on a phone
- Site manager: shift cover, hours worked and harvest against plan
- Finance: capex, opex, margin and payback models for the site

Learn moreCommon questions
Do I have to replace my climate computer?
Not necessarily. BeeGrow AI sits above the control layer. MQTT and Modbus TCP connect supported sensor hardware; vendor-specific climate-computer and two-way-control connections are matched to the exact make and model during onboarding.
Is this monitoring, or does it actually control anything?
Both, and the split is deliberate. Monitoring works from day one. Closed-loop control is commissioned zone by zone once the readings are trusted, and it runs inside a fixed safety envelope with absolute limits on temperature, pH, EC and dosing that the automation cannot widen. Sites that only ever want monitoring can stay there.
What does the energy optimisation actually do?
You enter the daily light integral your crop recipe calls for and the canopy PPFD your lights deliver. It works out how many hours the lights need to run, then prices that photoperiod against time-of-use electricity rates to find the cheapest start window that still delivers the light. It also compares tariff products on the cost of running your real lighting load. See energy and tariff optimisation.
What sensors and controllers do you support?
Supported MQTT sensors and configured Modbus TCP devices can feed the platform. Compatibility depends on the device, message format and available adapter, so we confirm the exact make and model during onboarding. Temperature, humidity, CO₂, light, pH and EC are handled as first-class readings. See integrations for detail.
How long does onboarding take?
It depends on how many zones and sensors you run and how much of your crop plan already exists in a usable form. Most of the work is mapping your sites, zones, crops and sensor topics. We scope it properly before quoting rather than giving you a number we cannot stand behind.
Who owns the data?
You do. Customer agreements keep farm data under the customer’s control and state the export and deletion terms. We do not sell customer data; contracted service providers may process it only to operate the service. See the current data processing terms.
Can it run more than one site?
Yes. The platform is multi-tenant and multi-site by design. Each site keeps its own zones, recipes and staff, and group-level users can see across all of them.
