Accessibility statement

1. Our commitment

We want BeeGrow AI to be usable by everyone who works on a growing site, including people using screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification or high-contrast modes. Grow rooms are difficult environments, and accessible design tends to make software better for everyone in them.

2. Standard we work to

This website is built to WCAG 2.1 level AA. The platform application is not fully conformant to that standard, and section 4 sets out where the gaps are.

3. This website

This website is designed around that standard. It includes:

• High-contrast text and controls across the primary colour combinations
• Semantic landmarks, headings in order, and a skip link to the main content
• Keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators for interactive controls
• All form controls have associated labels, and status messages use a live region
• Images are given alternative text, or marked decorative where they add nothing
• Motion respects the prefers-reduced-motion setting
• A responsive layout intended to reflow cleanly on narrow screens and at increased text sizes

4. The platform application

The known risk areas are data-dense tables, time-series charts and some third-party components, all of which can create barriers for keyboard and screen-reader users. Where a screen is not fully usable that way, we agree a workaround with you. We have not commissioned a third-party accessibility audit, and we will tell you the current limitations for the screens your team will use before go-live.

5. Reporting a problem

If you hit an accessibility barrier, please tell us at hello@beegrow.ai. Include the page or screen, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you were using if relevant.

We respond within 5 working days and tell you what we can fix and when. If something blocks you from doing your job, we give you a workaround while we work on the fix.

6. Enforcement

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service. The Equality and Human Rights Commission enforces the Equality Act 2010 in Great Britain.

7. Review

This statement was last reviewed on 19 September 2026. We review it whenever we make significant changes and at least annually.
