Fertigation & irrigation

Dosing, irrigation and root-zone steering recorded against the environment they produced.

Overview

What this module does

Fertigation is where small errors get expensive. BeeGrow AI keeps the nutrient recipe, the irrigation schedule, the solution tanks and the dosing events on one timeline. An event record can carry the pH and EC measured before and after it, and dosing limits apply wherever the platform drives the pumps itself.

  • Dosing duration and volume limits checked when schedules and events are recorded
  • Event records include time, trigger, status and the person recording them
  • Reservoir changes and flushes recorded as distinct actions
  • Root-zone readings reviewed alongside the zone and crop plan
Capabilities

In detail

Irrigation scheduling

Configure irrigation schedules with timing, duration, volume and a linked growth stage. Automatic execution depends on the commissioned control integration.

Root-zone readings

EC, pH, water and substrate temperature from the probes you have installed, read against the recipe targets. How much detail you get depends on the probes and how often they report.

Nutrient recipes

Per-crop, per-stage nutrient formulations with dosing ratios, reservoir changes and flush cycles as first-class recorded actions.

Drain and recycled water

Fresh, recycled and drain water volumes recorded daily by zone, so you can see what the crop took and what went past it.

Water quality

Lab analyses logged against the zone and the sample source, whether solution tank, drain, recirculated or fresh water, including pathogen tests and heavy metals checked against their limits.

Equipment state

Configured pumps and dosers with their command records and reported status. Where the equipment sends feedback, a failed command shows up as a failure rather than an assumption.
